Fans of the “Game of Thrones” books are in for quite a shock as Season 5 of the adapted show for HBO has begun to depart from the original source materials. Two episodes in and I have already noticed some big changes which will have long-lasting repercussions for the series and could ultimately change the course of the original storylines.

Author George R. R. Martin is famous for dragging out the paths of his main characters who seem to get further and further away from each other with no chance for reunion in sight and he shows no indications of tying up all of the many loose ends introduced in his “A Song of Ice and Fire” novels on which the TV series is based…

Worse than the blindness, Murdock’s other senses become heightened to the point of torture, but a mysterious blind vagabond named Stick (Scott Glenn) trains him to use his other senses to surpass those of other humans, giving him superhuman awareness of his surroundings and rapid healing. Turns out a shadowy government agent calling himself ‘Mr. Nobody’ (Kurt Russell) also has it out for Deckard and makes a deal with Dom to take him down. The catch is that Dom and his crew must rescue a hacker (Nathalie Emmanuel) with the key to a dangerous cyber weapon called the ‘God’s Eye’ in order to get Mr. Nobody’s help. Apparently this mission involves parachuting muscle cars out of airplanes…
