The 2009 ACADEMY AWARD (OSCAR) NOMINATIONS!!!… by COOP

I wish they were by me. Anyway, they got announced this morning so let’s take a look at the nominees. There were a few surprises. I can’t believe Christopher Nolan didn’t get a Best Director Nomination for “The Dark Knight.” At least Tom Cruise isn’t on there for “Tropic Thunder.” Stay tuned for my big “Academy Awards” article that I do every year for this event. I will post it a few days before the event. Meanwhile, observe the Academy’s picks and make your predictions!…

haha…these are a joke. I haven’t had respect for the oscars in years. This does little to encourage me. I do hope Fincher gets some recognition though. Danny Boyle too.
I appreciate the Oscars far more than the Globes. They do make some baffling choices, but I tend to respect most of them.
Hey u have good article or i can say news on your blog. Hey u can read my post on Movie Slumdog Millionaire. As u know this movie has already won 4 Golden Global awards and now yesterday nominated for 10 Oscar. WOW….
All I know is that I went to see “MILK” expecting a documentary on the U.S. Dairy industry and instead I got two hours of male on male felatio.
That movie should’ve been called “Man Milk”.
I hate you.
